2. Booking & Confirmation
- All service bookings must be made through our website, email, or by phone.
- Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

3. Pricing & Payments
- Service prices are based on the size of the property, type of service, and location.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash after service completion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the total cost).
- If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the service will be considered delivered.
5. Service Quality
- Our team always strives to deliver professional, high-quality service.
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
- We are not responsible for issues reported after this period.
6. Liability
- EasyMuutto is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly packed by the customer.
- Our staff handles all items with care, and in case of accidental damage, compensation will be handled according to our insurance policy.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables before our team arrives.
7. Access & Safety
- The customer must ensure safe and easy access to the property.
- Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic.
- Parking arrangements must be provided near the property if required.
8. Personal Data
- We respect your privacy.
- Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your booking and deliver our services.
- We never share or sell customer data to third parties.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or accidents.
